Check out all twelve exciting Dream Gifts of 2005.

I’d really be happy with any of them.

Some people just say that, but I really mean it.

The Voodoo Envy notebook looks interesting, but that’s it. I saw it yesterday on Tech TV as a must-have item. I just bought a fabulous HP laptop for on-the-road presentations. At $899.99, plus a complimentary $100 gift card from Best Buy, my must-haves stop there.

    2. Only 82 inches on that television? My wall will only accept 100 inches.

    3. A 39 megapixel camera? Sounds like it takes your picture and your soul.

    Hi Shirley,
Forgive me ahead of time if there are typos in this response, I’m laughing at that last line. I think you could be right.

I haven’t heard yet what’s on the cover of the Neiman Marcus catalogue this year. So I don’t know what to wear with my I-Pod mini diamond. Hmmmmm.

Now I’m laughing at your last line.

I’m an XM lover, so when they introduce a diamond-encrusted version, it’s mine.

Liz, who says you have to wear anyhthing with you iPod Mini Diamond (you had to know that line was comimg) ;-)

    A 39-MegaPixel camera - holy crap that’s … mega! And I thought my 4-mpixel was right up there :-)

For me, if I had money to burn (I don’t!) I’d go for the 9x monitor set up - less 5 as I have a dual set up now and 4 would be the max before I’d go even more bugg-eyed :-)

    Hi Martin,
I’ll keep your advice in mind, but I really think in Chicago winter I might need something.

I’m wishing you the monitor set of your choice.

The list is fun. Isn’t it? :)

As one who drools all over his copy of Maximum PC all 30 days of every month and NEVER has threw one away…

And who only has ‘puters that he built from hand-picked parts..parts that are way bad…..

And as one who loves a great mother…board, that is, and RAM that flashes and fans that emit purple light…

Guess which one of those gifts I would stomp a mudhole in a rhino’s butt for ?

    Hi Mike!

I would guess that would be the Voodoo PC. With or without the gold case.

    Bingo !

I’d even take a case like the one’s at highspeedpc.com

    That’s my next project…a minimalist PC !

    Hey Mike,
Is it gonna have a window, so you can watch the drive go round and round?

    It won’t even have walls.

    It’s kinda like a cage…check it out.

Makes it easy to swap out bigger, stronger, faster, louder, more expensive parts.

The only things that move are the squirrels that run on the wheel to power it up !

I dunno .. I think it would be cool to have Robby The Robot around the house doing chores .. But, it’s something you would have to keep it hush hush - then all the neighbors would want to borrow the robot

    Hi HART,
I think that or the VooDoo would be a hard choice for my husband. He’s a big fam of the movie in which Robby was introduced. Me? I’m still trying to figure out what to wear with my diamond Ipod while watch my 9xMultimedia screen.
