A Reflection . . .

ME Liz Strauss wrote this at 9:19 am

The Intangibles Everywhere

I have two words. Hardly enough to express your value.

thank you

    for being you

    for being creative

    for believing in things

    for being gracious, generous, curious.

for being all kinds of smart.

    for your unique, incredible thoughts.

for your challenging questions and comments.

    for your wild imaginings.

    for your hard-won dreams.

for everything you invest and everything you bring.

for making me better just because I know you.

for the words, the laughter, the intangibles everywhere.

This blog really is my reflection of every one you.

    oops // I mean: Ha…

I’m up to about 25,000 thank-yous now .. I had to turn down that Yonkis site around 6,000 point, for sanity reasons .. but I’m going to keep it up to see if it hits a million so I can take a screen shot!

Nice party last night. No hangovers. Although, in retrospect all my work was done while I was away from the computer yesterday .. and all the work that I tried to do while I was at the computer - was still there this morning.

    Meikah,
I just read it. It’s lovely and bigger than I am in so many ways. Thank you for thinking of me and using your precious time to do that.

    HART,
I give you credit. We’re alot alike, you know. I once read that it was believed that you could beat all 32000 variations of the game of free cell. . . . I started with game 1 and played each game until I beat it. I’ve paused a few years now. I’m on game 16033.

I didn’t quite post the sausages to my blog.

    Sausage in the sky
    Everytime… I turn around…
There is a sausage in the sky
behold it, cause it just might flyyyyyyyyy

If only I had let it go.
The sausage may have fallen down….
    But never fear,
    my hand is near
    to hold it close
    until it lets flyyyyyyy

    ;)

    Jessica,
I had no idea that a sausage and an observation from me could inspire and drive such poetry. One day I will have to sing you the sausage, mash potatoes, and sauerkraut song — also developed about dinner. :)
