    Great get, Liz - I’ve been reading Andy for a while now - he knows what he’s talking about.

    The book is really a must-have for anybody interested in WOM.

    I don’t usually buy many books from Amazon - the shipping costs to Australia kill any cost benefits :( - but this was one book I did get.

    Cool. You just told me what we’re going to do after we have that drink at the top of the Hancock, or maybe before, we’re going to Borders and book shop. :)
