Beach Notes: Beach Pen

ME Liz Strauss wrote this at 8:27 am

When we were walking on the beach today I saw a feather lying on the sand, I said to Des we could use this for Beach Notes today. An instant writing implement. I usually write my beach inspirations with a stone, a stick or a dried sea pod. The beach offers so many opportunities for improvisation and creativity.

Amazing how ideas appear just in time.

Interesting…this summer I did just have you have done and used a bird’s feather to make messages in the sand.

I then photographed them for use in my upcoming book. Then left it with a message for the next one to come along…

Thanks Todd, was wonderful how the idea appeared just in time for this post.

    Hi Eduardo,
I also have been collecting images for a book on inspiration based on my sand writings

    Yes Luisa,

Today at the beach bought a different look with many shells and stones that were not there yesterday

I’m so grateful for the time I’ve been able to spend on the beach this summer. It’s amazing how many insights are pulled up through our hearts and into our minds while we walk along the shore.

Love the feather pen & may write my own sandy message this afternoon while I’m out on the sand with my daughter. :)
