raising nearly $50,000 for orphans and needy children in Cambodia over the holiday and doubling that money by winning the compeition at Yahoo! AND for knowing how to capture a quote like this one:

“When I approached an accountant to file our nonprofit incorporation papers, he thought we were just a bunch of old ladies in tennis shoes and wouldn’t do very much.”

    Wow, thank you for this!!

    The one-in-million also goes to the Sharing Foundation’s founder, Dr. Nancy Hendrie, (one of the little old ladies in tennis shoes) as well as every member of our board, volunteers, and supporters who rallied behind the campaign and made it a success!

    Hi Beth!
    I bet you’re just so in a dream to have accomplished such a something!!

    This is WordPress and a paged comment plugin. We’re not really threaded . . . we’re just used to talking a lot in the comment box. Hang around for a while it’s fun! :)

    I am in the home stretch of a fundraising competition. My charity - the Sharing Foundation - can win $50 K if we get into the top 4. We are number 5 and only down by 30 donors .. can you help spread the world. Need to moblize people to donate by 1/31 at 3:00 PM EST
