   I always leave trackbacks if I’m commenting about an article on my site (something I do on my weekly Friday Link Day post) and I think regardless of competition between blogs, it’s a fair thing to do.

   HI Techz,
   I don’t even think about competition. Each blog has it’s own unique flavor and offers a special view, so the more we push together the more we all grow. If WordPress ever gets the trackbacks working again. There will be trackbacks flying from here like high heaven.

   (My mom used to say stuff like that. )

   I don’t think of similarly themed sites as competition, but as others who blog in the same context, I was actually speaking more from this post. I see that would apply to a more profit-centric site or even a really, really eager blogger who wants to probably hit the Top 10 on technorati.

   Indeed it did work! I received it loud and clear in the “incoming links” section of my Wordpress Dashboard. In addition, Technorati “caught” it as well.

   I am very excited to be moving from the “1.0″ to the “2.0″ world of the internet. It is both exciting and totally cool. Thanks for your help!
