He doesn’t need to compliment them

Those few lines made me want to meet the guy the song was about. That description has influenced me for more than 30 years.

When I say I’m proud to know you, it unpacks to many things:

Proud to know you, for me, means outstanding, shareable, and easy. Robin had the best Word of Mouth in the 70s. No wonder the lyrics also said

He’s talked about before he gets there …

We talk about what we like.

    You are like this and have been within our dm’s and @’s on twitter. and it all started way back when I was chatting w/ someone and he said “Do you know Liz Strauss?” That planted a seed a while ago..and I’d forgotten til this post….connected w/ you on twitter anyway..but wow. This post speaks to my sense not just of good marketing but good living..genuine…through and through. Here’s to meeting you IRL sometime soon :) and more living these qualities ourselves just b/c it’s right living. :) Happy Holidays to you and hugs for all you give and do and live :)
