Hi Liz
What can I say? I agree? How true?
No, reading “Hope is a choice” gave a jolt.
Thanks

Liz, thanks for the quote. I needed to be reminded that hope is a choice. The rain is soon to be over and the sun is shining.

Hope - Yes, indeed… a choice. It’s been a long time since I’ve commented here, Liz but this simple quote is something I work on each day. Making the choice to be - hopeful, resilient, happy, fun, giving. Rarely do these things just HAPPEN. We choose our perception over what is around us.
Thanks - Tam

Hi Tammy!
It’s great to see you. You bring important words with you. Our perception is our reality. It affects everything from the chemicals our brain releases to the words and reactions we share.
You’re so right. It’s so rare that things just happen.

Liz,
How timely for me to see this quote as I’ve been struggling with a bit of apathy lately!
On to hope!

Hi Karen!
Hope is a lovely word, isn’t it!
It was a beautiful blue sky day when he said it. We’re going to have some of those in Chicago soon.
