This year it’s “Biz School for Bloggers.” Whether you blog for your business, your business is blogging, or you want to understand the works behind a blog you’re just starting, this is an incredible team-based learning experience that you won’t want to miss.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be filling out the details for you.

That looks really interesting, Liz. Unfortunately, another trip across the pond just wouldn’t be too viable this year. I’m heading to NYC at the end of January and I’ll probably be in Chicago in July for HostingCon. Which reminds me… if I am in Chicagoa in July, we should get together.
I hope SOBCon goes well. I’ll be following with interest, even if I’m unable to attend.

Hi Allan!
Turn off the caps . . . we can hear you. Look around and do what you see great bloggers doing. Remember to ask. Bloggers help others a lot!

I appreciated your comment on Leah in Chicago in response to her post about Singelringen and being single. As a result of that and your charity campaign on Twitter yesterday I signed up to “follow” you there. I am attempting to get started at Twitter and would be grateful if you follow me back. Hi Liz
Hope to be there (side-note, the about page on sobcon still talks about the 2007 dates?)
But have to speak with two words though I’m afraid, too much variables for me at the moment. Really hope to be there and perhaps get more UK-bloggers together in one plane to Chicago? (WE could have a pre-sobcon event at 9000 miles height !)

Hi Alex!
It’s going to be spectacular . . . a new kind of conference built totally around the attendees.
Of course, everyone from last year is invited.
ME Liz Strauss said
Hi Karin!
We’ll be filling in the new information as the weekend goes by. We have a site visit at the hotel on Monday, hopefully that will seal the date.
A pre-conference event for the UK bloggers in the sky . . . how cool would that be?!!

Woohoo!! This is great news! But I’m a little worried about the “invite only” status, since I didn’t get to attend last year. I hope I can make the “in” list.
ME Liz Strauss said
Don’t worry Andrew.
It’s not an “in” list. It’s just to keep a record of who’s coming in because seats are so limited.
Of course, you’re invited. Everyone who wants to be there is. As many as we can fit.

Awesome news, Liz! I’ll stay tuned for more info.

It’s coming very soon.
