Sustained Success

ME Liz Strauss wrote this at 10:46 pm

I read this today at Tom Peters blog.

The one thing you need to know about sustained individual success:
Discover what you don’t like doing and stop doing it.

Marcus Buckingham, from the book The One Thing You Need to Know

I’m glad I read that.

That is a great quote. We often do things that create a dis-harmony or dissonance in us. That’s making compromises with our ideas of quality. Be true to your feeling, and it will go a long way towards sustaining sucess. (It’s easier to sustain something real than something imaginary).

    Hi Indie,
It is a great quote isn’t it? The entire book is about that Big Idea.

It’s easier to sustain something real than something imaginary

    Now there’s another great quote. . . .
