    Liz — somehow I missed the award. I am now almost a month behind holding a worthy celebration event! Seriously… thanks a ton. I appreciate your recognition and consideration. I still have a long way to go… but great appreciate your acknowledgement. Also, would love any feedback or criticism and I keep figuring this out.
