Wow! An award from the Queen of SOBs, sanctioned by the King of the Hemispheres. And the mention of Angelo and Pasquale takes me right back to my Philly roots with uncles Ciro and Nick.

Wow! Thanks Liz! Can’s figure out what color button to take though.

Thanx as always for SOB update. Gavin’s entry about blog writing made me think of the parallels to when i was competing in ultra running in Europe. I always had pre-race nerves and wondered what everyone was thinking about my race. Til one day my coach said… no one gives a s** about your race, they’re too focused on theirs.

But if in some small way, you can make a difference with your presence and insight into the game, it’s worth the journey.

Great SOBS as usual… one of my goals for this year.. Great food for thought (pun intended)

    Hi GP!
What you just described there is a perfect foil not just as a racer, but also as a writer. :)

Thanks for the insight you’ve added here. :)

    GP,
Don’t always go for the “easy” ones. Food for thought is one anybody could do. Surprise with something only you would come up with. :)

nooooo Liz… i meant “food for thought” as a turn of phrase for ideas on the parallels of biz blogging, racing and running our B&B :)
