YES, the mike will be open again tonight. So start collecting your thoughts. Remember, you get to bring what you want to talk about.

The rules are simple — be nice.

We got things going really fast last week. If you missed it, stop by this week, and check it out.

Some things we might talk about could include whether:

AND THE EVER POPULAR, WHERE IS EVERYBODY?

It’s like any rambling conversation. Don’t try to read it all. Jump in whenever you get here.
Just go to the end and start talking. EVERYONE is WELCOME.

So, do you think we can get Mike to show up on time today?

Meanwhile - here’s something I’d like to ask about during open Mike night: How do you americans feel about Pentagon inmplementing Poindexter’s Total Information Awareness - in the face of three separate acts of Congress saying “No, absolutely not”?

Or is that too political for chat night?

Adv. Lib… a little too political for my liking.. but isn’t that the point of “Open Mic Night?” Go For It! And… I’ll try to gather some questions about Touques and Bacon … Back? or Strip?

you guys are sooo behind - here it’s tommorrow already.

Did someone say BBQ. Shish-ka-bob??? Hmmm … picture Homer (not the Greek Homer, the D’oh one) drooling.

Talking politics. Now that will surely give us 200+ comments and much heated debate. All we need is to include religion and we can wrap this up nicely.

Hi everyone. So the weather in Salt Lake was nice today … sunny and breezy, a bit cooler than it has been lately.

How do you combat that naggy feeling you get when you feel like there’s way too much to do?

  27. May 23rd, 2006 at 7:14 pm
    ME Strauss said

    Hi Easton,
To answer you question . . . when the meds don’t work, and I can’t take a nap. I have an open comments night if I can. If I can’t I walk around and talk to myself until I convince myself that I could start one little bit of something. Just one little bit, a chunk, usually helps.

    HART (1-800-HART) said

Easton .. when I get that same naggy feeling .. usually two things happen for me .. I either shine, and the adrenalin kicks in .. or just the opposite, I face reality and suddenly realize .. “wait a minute, there’s no possible way that I can finish 200 hours work in the next 7 days .. who am I kidding?” .. and then put myself in an even worse mess by doing things I shouldn’t be doing! Fortunately, on Day 2 .. I usually get back on track, realizing that there’s nobody else around to do the work .. except me.

Today, we had nice weather +32c .. lots of wind, little bit of rain.
