Dear Jim, Stephanie, and the Entire Sofitel OHare Chicago,

Dear Jim,Stephanie and the entire staff at the Sofitel OHare Chicago,
We’re just five regular people who wanted to have a small convention at your luxury hotel. It was for a bunch of spectacular individuals who do amazing things as part of their daily workload.
You know the type. I know. I’ve watched you in action, and as one of my friends and colleagues from Montreal would say, “Wow!”
It was minutes within the arrival of the first guest that I heard the compliments to the hotel’s service. I’m still hearing them days since I’ve left. Every small problem was made even smaller. Every person was a delight to work with. What a pleasure you made our visit for the people who came to have what many are calling “the experience of their life.”
The food, the service, the attention, the facillities were elegant and of the highest quality in every respect. It was nice to have a truly quiet room to return to.
Thank you, sincerely.

Bloggers Face Off
This weekend Mike Sansone and I received an email from Daniel at Daily Blog Tips. It read
I took the liberty to write to both of you at the same time because I know that you are friends. I want to ask you if you would be willing to
participate on the project I am running called “Bloggers Face-Off”. It
should take 5 minutes to answer to the questions (only numbers or short
answers required), after that I will present both of your answers side by
side.
What a fun idea to see what we have in common! Click the image below to see how we independently answered the questions.
Thanks Daniel for making us a part of your project.

Mike Sansone Conducting Relationships

It Takes a Train Guy to Start a ConverStation
Did people build the trains and then the towns spring up around them? OR Did the towns start while the rails were being laid? I don’t know, but I know a guy who does. Mike Sansone knows that the railroads forged relationships linking people in the same way that bloggers link and interact online, by voice, and in person.
