    Hi Meikah!
    I think your Carnivale was such a great idea. Anything that we can do to raise awareness about how great customer service looks and that it really can be done is worthwhile and important in my book. The more folks hear and see such things, the more they start to look on them as normal and something to look for in their everyday lives.

    Wouldn’t that make for a nicer, easier world for everyone?
