That would be VERY COOL.
As you might imagine outdoor cafes are not exactly Chicago’s best kept secret at any time of year . . . but most particularly now. Besides, it would be nice to have an Australian feel to the SOB Cafe. I so like Australian Coffee and Australian Wine I’ve written about it on my personal blog.
