Thanks for linking to our post on fake blogs. Hopefully, the message will get across.
This is a great list of links. I know I’ll enjoy each piece.
I was actually thinking along the lines of how much is too much to reveal online today, so I’m particularly interested in the PsychCentral post.
Thanks for sharing!
For the first time in a looong time, the article with the most impact on me isn’t the first article, rather the third so I can resolve that I’m not crazy!
I don’t typically worry about what I say online in relation to my *health care coverage* and can’t imagine my kid’s MySpace being a reason for being declined for coverage!
Hi Laura!
I really value the post you did on fake blogs. The topic is both timely and your take so refreshing. Being a fan of a fake blog or two myself . . . you hit the mark on every reason I like them.
Hi Lani!
Actually that was the first blog post, I chose to put in this week’s cafe. So it was first in one way. π
It’s an important topic and one that usually isn’t discussed from strictly legal and ethical points of view.
Knowing what we say on the Internet lasts and is findable is an important aspect of “safe blogging.”
Hi Liz!
Actually my co-blogger, Liz Fuller, wrote that particular post. I’m glad you liked it. I was just stopping by and noticed the link.
Hi Laura!
Darn, I knew that! Goes to show you what my day has been like. π
Glad to have you. You both have done a great job with that SOB Blog. π
Hi Liz,
I’m glad you liked the article on fake blogs. Laura and I have been having a lot of fun with businessandblogging since we picked it up at the beginning of the year. No fake!
And thanks for sharing Dumb Little Man’s secret to goal setting – I think I’m going to try that!
Liz
Hi Liz!
I sure did like the article. As you can tell by what I wrote to Laura. π
You guys are making businessandblogging.com a fabulous read. π
Dumb Little Man is also a favorite. Doesn’t surprise me that it caught your attention.
That was a great selection Liz, thank you.
It was too late for me to make it over for nachos and drinks, but they went well with tea and toast in the morning π
