    Hi Liz, thanks for including my piece in your business cafe this week, it was a lovely surprise to wake up to this morning.

    I enjoyed writing that piece because it came from a series of conversations and questions that people had been asking me and each other. I think it gave me more confidence to be writing about something that people were turning over in their minds and wondering about.
