Introducing Customer Think

April 12, 2006 by Liz Leave a Comment

Uh-oh I’ve Been Thinking Again

Customer Think Logo

What happens when you cross thinking outside of the box with personal branding?

Customer Think–a series that takes Brand YOU outside the box to become Brand YOU & ME. We’ve let the world know who we really are and how to see the unique value we bring as individuals. It’s time that we do the same in return. We’ll be getting to know customers in a strategic, deep thinking way–from an outside-of-the-box, inside-of-the-customer perspective. So hang on.

You’ll be finding out plenty about customers, by finding out more about yourself. That’s the Brand YOU and ME part.

And just about everyone in our lives is a customer in some way, if you tilt your head to look at it from just the right angle. This isn’t your father’s business skills class, it’s life and business for the 21st century in that uniquely Liz way.

You know there will be nothing like it anywhere else.

Brand YOU and ME–can you think of a more natural way to promote your business, your brand, or yourself, than being able to think like your customers?

    Good stuff, Liz.

Sometimes how WE preceive ourselves doesn’t correlate with how the actual customer sees us.

Bridging the gap can only be good for all.

btw LIZ, pretty please wtih sugar on top – can you replace small office blog on your blogroll and point it to smallofficemedia.com instead.

ps: check out somedia on Friday – I’ve decided to let you carry the blog over the Easter break…

    Hi Martin,
I’m working on a second piece of today on the customer and how we view customers in general. It should be up soon enough. I’m happy to change the link.

What do you mean I get to carry the blog over Easter break. I know nothing about small media. I’m 6 feet tall. 🙂

No need to thank me – I’m a lazy man at times, it’s Easter (family, food, church, food, drink) and I. Don’t. Want. To. Blog!

So the easy way out is to snaffle up some quality goods (your content) and let it loose on my blog.

Are you really 6 feet tall? 🙂

Like my Char impersonation: “Got it. Good”.

me go to bed now …

    6 feet – well I’m looking up at/to you.

I’m embarrassed by your blogroll – 3 from 10 are mine. Okay not really embarrassed.

Now really … good night … stop keeping me awake … I have only 9 hours of sleep left. 😉
